Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel has some atmosphere in the rooms, unlike the rest of the hotel, and the breakfast is of good standard. However, the mattress is very firm, and the shower is leaky, although it's a fantastic size. The room was super quiet but overlooks the tram line and is located along a VERY noisy street.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a nice view over Bahnhofstrasse. The service was super friendly and always available when needed. However, the dining experience was a bit of a letdown with poor quality and selection. Overall, great value for money.
The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms felt dark and hospital-like, but the service was outstanding with warm and helpful staff. The location was excellent, close to the central station. The dining experience was above average but seemed overpriced. The facilities were satisfactory, and the value for money was mixed.
The hotel is located on Bahnhof Strasse, making it very central and convenient for those arriving from the Zurich main train station or connecting from/to the Zurich airport. The rooms are modern and immaculately clean, providing a comfortable stay typical of European standards. The service was a mix of competence with some instances of abruptness and lack of friendliness. The location is great for shopping and sightseeing, though some find the front of house staff less engaging after the recent renovation. The dining experience was average, with limited choices for breakfast. Overall, a good value for money option with some room for improvement in service and dining.
The hotel boasts spacious rooms that are larger than most double-sized rooms in Zurich that I have stayed in before. However, the breakfast was a letdown with consistently overcooked eggs and undercooked breakfast meat. On the bright side, the location is excellent, near the train station, and the service was warm and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest in a family-run establishment.
The hotel is conveniently located near the main shopping street, a stone's throw away from the central train station, and the rooms, while on the small side, are satisfactory. The service was warm and helpful, but there were no standout additional services. Dining was nice but lacked variety, and the location is very convenient for city trips.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were uncomfortably hot and lacked personality, the service was overall pleasant and helpful. The location was incredibly convenient, but the dining options left something to be desired. The facilities were adequate but nothing extraordinary.
The hotel is situated just over the top, very close to the central station, making it a convenient spot. The rooms were better than expected but slightly expensive. The service felt like a family-run operation, adding a personal touch. The location is a sweet spot for exploring, though improvements are needed, especially during summer. The dining experience was of good standard but lacked variety and ambiance at times.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The room was spacious with a balcony, but lacking in quality furnishings and noisy due to adjacent room doors. The service was exceptional, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, close to the city center and within walking distance of the central station. However, the dining options were disappointing with limited selections and high prices.
The hotel's location is perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from Central station. The rooms, though on the small side, were very clean and quiet, providing a peaceful stay. The service was exceptionally polite and supportive. The dining experience was decent with room for improvement. Overall, a convenient and clean hotel with great service.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a slight smoky smell despite being labeled as non-smoking, lacking a cozy atmosphere. The service is professional and fulfilling, though not overly welcoming. The location is unbeatable, near all major attractions and transportation hubs. Dining options are available nearby, making up for the hotel's pricey breakfast offerings.
The room with the Jacuzzi was very large but non-refundable. Although it felt like a sauna initially, the front desk eventually sent someone to address the issue after multiple follow-ups and a two-hour wait with an electric fan, with no apologies or compensation for the inconvenience caused.
